With an enrollment of roughly fifty scouts, ranging in age from 11 to 17, Troop 228 is the oldest active troop in Somers. We meet Monday evenings at 7:30 pm at the Amawalk Firehouse off route 35 and Mahopac Ave.

Out ulitmate goal is that years hence every young man looks back on his years in scouts with a fond appreciation for the things he learned and the friendships he made.
